All-Endorser Meeting
JANUARY 14, 2010 – Hilton Alexandria Mark Center
Separate Registration materials will be sent directly to
you by the AFCB
and you will need to register directly with them.
Registration Fees and Room Reservations
Conference
Registration Fee: $180.00
(includes meals, break refreshments and conference expenses)
Room
rates are additional: Single room rate - $119.00 plus
tax; Double room rate - $129.00 plus tax
To
receive this special room rate, registrations must be made by Friday, December
7, 2009. Reservations made after this date are subject to availability and
will be the current room rate at that time. You are responsible
for making your own reservations. Make them now by
calling the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center at 1-800-HILTONS or call
direct (703) 845-1010. Mention that you are with NCMAF and give
the reservation agent the code: NCM. CHECK IN TIME IS 3 PM AND CHECK
OUT IS 12:00 NOON.
Parking/Transportation: Parking will
be complimentary for all attendees of the conference. Tell the person at the
gate you are with NCMAF. Courtesy shuttle transportation is
provided by the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center to and from Reagan National Airport
and Pentagon City.
* If you are bringing an official church guest, please fill out
the Non-NCMAF registration
form (B). It includes the cost of all meals, break refreshments and conference
expenses.
